Relationships
Why is it that we don't have to take a relationships course before we enter one? Instead we bring our chemistry and desire, add expectations and patterns and we start doing life together. It's all feels great at first but ... Things might start to feel 'off'. How is this for you and your partner right now? Is there a lot of fighting or bickering? Do you feel like roommates? Is there little intimacy? Your relationship can be the place again where you fill your cup and get your fuel from. I can teach you chemistry and communication skills that can turn this dynamic around.
Health
If you currently have a health challenge this is very hard. You need all the love and support in the world, but might feel alone. Maybe you feel scared and worried. How do you manage your daily life in the midst of this? How do you know what support you need? How do you find the courage to ask for this support? Maybe you are getting a lot of contradicting health advice from friends and family and feel overwhelmed. Having someone that helps you to focus and find your own voice in all of this can be very powerful. This can be a time where you can learn to surrender. Find gratitude even.
